SHIPPING POLICY

U.S Orders

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL U.S. ORDERS $275+ USD.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico.

  • Economy Shipping: $10 USD [5-8 Business Days]
  • Standard Shipping: $30 USD [3-4 Business Days]
  • Express Shipping: $50 USD [1-2 Business Days]

Shipping rates may vary during sales or promotions. Free shipping is not available during these events.


INTERNATIONAL Orders

Shipping is calculated at checkout, with estimated delivery in 7-21 days.

We currently ship to Canada and select European countries (Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland).

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, all applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties will be calculated and collected at checkout. You will see the total cost including duties before completing your purchase.

Please note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. However, items with different estimated delivery times noted in their descriptions will follow those specific timelines.

Place your Express Shipping order by 1 PM EST for same-day dispatch; orders after this time ship the next business day.

This applies to in-stock items and excludes pre-orders.

Please note, during sales or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. Weather delays are also not reflected in checkout estimates.


Tracking Your Package

After your order is dispatched from T.A.Y. Thinking About You, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your order's journey.

To track your orders, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find the TRACKING #. Click the link and you will be directed to the tracking information.

If you don't find this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder for it.

T.A.Y. Thinking About You will not be responsible for ANY SHIPPING DELAYS once the package has been shipped.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

T.A.Y. Thinking About You will NOT be responsible for any missed, incorrect, or incomplete shipment information. Always DOUBLE check your shipment information at checkout. If you missed or typed in an incorrect address, email us at info@taythinkingaboutyou.com as quickly as possible to make the changes before the package is shipped to its FINAL DESTINATION. However, if the package has been shipped, we are unable to modify the final destination address. The consumer WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for any additional COST to re-deliver the items.

We are not liable for any incorrect/incomplete address entered at checkout. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once USPS has picked up your package.


Delivered Package but NOT RECEIVED

If the tracking information CONFIRMS that your package has been DELIVERED to the Order Address provided by the consumer but you yet haven't received your items, contact USPS or the shipping carrier responsible for the delivery for further information. T.A.Y. Thinking About You WILL NOT be RESPONSIBLE for packages that are delivered to the order address but not received.


Missed or Refused Deliveries

Don't miss or refuse delivery. T.A.Y. Thinking About You will not be responsible monetarily for refused or missed deliveries of the client's packages. The client will be responsible for any additional shipping cost the re-delivery may have. NO refund or store credit will be given for missed or refused deliveries.


Lost & Stolen

T.A.Y. Thinking About You is committed to helping you track your packages with the carrier, but we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are delivered.

Please ensure you provide accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
